Предупреждаю сразу, это мой первый урок, так что если будут какие-либо недочеты - пишит, буду исправлять!

1. Создаю новый документ любого размера. Я, по привычке, ставлю размеры такие:

2. Заливаю его любым (желательно тёмным) цветом.

3. Создаю новый слой, выбираю инструмент "Прямоугольник" и рисую фигуру белого цвета вдоль всего документа:

4. Выделяю белую рамку "Волшебной палочкой", затем иду Выделение - Модификация - Сжать.

При таком большом документе лучше взять от 5 до 15 пикселей, хотя каждый ставит то число, на сколько тонкой или широкой хочет видеть рамочку. Жму Delete. Счезает белая серединка, остаётся кант. Не забудьте потом отменить выделение!!!

5. Таким же образом я делаю то количество вырезов, которое мне необходимо. Делается всё это на новом слое, каждый вырез. Для того, чтобы вы могли трансформировать так, как вам захочется.

6. Выбираете любую кисть и украшаете ваш шаблон.

7. Вместо подложки можете подставить фото или фон и подогнать размеры.
